Glasnevin Campus

The Glasnevin Campus serves as the primary hub for dining, offering the widest variety of culinary options for students, staff and visitors:

  • The Main Restaurant: The central hub of campus life, offering a diverse range of hot meals, daily roasts, deli sandwiches and salad bars. It also features a dedicated barista coffee outlet for those on the go.

  • The 1838 Club: A premier, private dining space specifically designed for staff lunches and hosting formal university guests in a professional setting.

  • The Coffee Cart: Conveniently located outside the U Building, this outlet offers a selection of hot drinks and snacks throughout the day.

  • The Foodbox Café: Located in the DCU Sports Centre, this café offers a variety of healthy food options, protein snacks and refreshments tailored for those visiting the gym or sports facilities.
  • The Helix Café: Situated on the ground floor of the Helix, this vibrant café is a popular meeting point for the campus community to enjoy refreshments in a modern atmosphere.

  • The NuBar: The heart of student social life, famous for its signature goujons, lively events and outdoor seating area.

St Patrick’s Campus

Dining on the St. Patrick’s Campus focuses on convenience and variety, providing comfortable spaces to refuel between lectures:

  • The Restaurant: Offers a broad selection of food choices including full hot meals, healthy options, a dedicated noodle bar, fresh sandwiches and sweet treats. Its central location is ideal for catering for full meals and events.

  • The Coffee Dock (Cregan Library): Located beside the library entrance, this outlet provides a range of hot and cold food and beverages. Its relaxed seating area makes it an ideal spot for meeting friends or studying.

All Hallows Campus

The All Hallows campus offers a unique, historic setting for both daily dining and large-scale conference catering:

  • The Main Dining Room: Conveniently located next to the conference centre, this grand space is available year-round for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With seating for up to 300 people, it is perfectly suited for both formal and informal dining.

  • The Café: A more relaxed alternative for casual dining. It provides a quiet environment for guests to catch up on emails during conferences or enjoy a coffee before heading out.
