Flexible arrival and departure dates are available, including midweek arrivals and departures.
The programme is available for groups of 10 students or more, with a minimum stay of 5 days / 4 nights. Longer stays are available depending on group requirements.

Accommodation
Meals
✓ Students and leaders receive full-board meals from DCU Restaurant.
✓ The first meal is dinner on the day of arrival and the final meal is breakfast on the day of departure.
✓ On weekdays, breakfast, a hot lunch and dinner are provided.
✓ At weekends, breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner are provided.
✓ Dietary requirements, including vegetarian and coeliac diets, can be catered for.
Airport Transfers
✓ Return Dublin Airport transfers are provided by private coach with DCU staff.
✓ Arrival and departure can be facilitated at any time of day or night.
✓ DCU is approximately 15 minutes from Dublin Airport.
Activities & Excursions
✓ Activities and excursions are led by DCU staff and tailored to the programme duration and group requirements, with details confirmed in the programme proposal.
✓ Evening activities take place on the DCU campus and may include discos, quizzes and sports.
✓ Local travel for half-day activities and day trips is by public transport using a LEAP card.
