The following cancellation and refund conditions apply to course bookings with DCU International Academy:
- The €100 registration fee is non-refundable if a student withdraws from a course booking.
- For cancellations received at least 12 weeks before the programme start date, a full refund will be provided, less the €100 registration fee.
- For cancellations received 6–12 weeks before the programme start date, fees paid will be refunded less a €500 charge.
- For cancellations received 3–6 weeks before the programme start date, fees paid will be refunded less an €800 charge.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made 3 weeks or less before the programme start date.
- No refund is available to students who leave a course after the course has begun.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to english.courses@dcu.ie.
- Refunds will be returned to the original account or credit card used by the sending party. Refunds cannot be made to a third-party bank account or credit card.
