The National Botanic Gardens of Ireland are an oasis of calm and beauty located in the centre of Glasnevin and just a short 20-minute walk from DCU. Join us on a magical trip around the sites of many of Dublin’s celebrated authors. We will visit O’Connell Street to discover Joyce’s Ulysses and the works of Oliver St John Gogarty. We will also stroll to Dublin Castle to uncover the dark secrets of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. And, visit Merrion Square to discuss the life and works of Oscar Wilde.

The Cliff Walk from Bray to Greystones is one of Bray’s most popular attractions for visitors and local people. The coastal walk goes along the side of Bray Head and has some of the most stunning views on the East Coast.

The Cliff Walk is 7 KM starting from the Promenade in Bray and finishing at Greystones Harbour. The walk takes about 2 hours and is suitable for all levels. The Cliff Walk follows the rail line so you can conveniently return to Bray on the Dart enjoying the view from the comfort of the train!

This museum is based in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, one of the most beautiful buildings in Dublin City. The museum is surrounded by beautiful, breathtaking gardens you can walk around on a Summers day

Are you interested in all the medieval Ireland’s history?  Do you want to see and experience Vikings’ life?

Dublinia is where history is brought to life! This interactive museum tells visitors the story of the Vikings and the Middle Ages period in Dublin.

Opening a special day event to head down to Dublinia Viking Museum!

This Sunday we will visit Dun Laoghaire, the suburban seaside town in Dublin which is popular for strolls on the East Pier, and locally caught fish and chips.

The Dún Laoghaire CoCo Market is a popular spot, attracting enthusiastic shoppers every weekend. Over 50 vendors trade each Sunday selling a wide range of products including hot food, baked goods, art and crafts, artisan food products and seasonal produce. So come hungry and ready for a feast!

Today we will visit Phoenix Park! It is one of the largest city parks in Europe. The Phoenix Park is Europe’s largest city park, comprising 1750 acres. It was first opened to the public in 1747 as a place of enjoyment for all the citizens of Dublin. Today, the Park is enjoyed by 10 million local, national and international visitors annually.

There are many interesting things to see here such as Dublin Zoo, the American Ambassador’s Residence and Áras an Uachtaráin (house of the President of Ireland). If you are lucky you might meet the deer that live in the park too!
