International Student Coordinator at DCU International Academy Seona Jin is a dedicated and approachable member of the DCU International Academy team. As an International Student Coordinator, she is committed to ensuring that international students feel supported and engaged throughout their academic journey. Her main responsibilities include providing guidance on academic integration and cultural adjustment to help students adapt to life in Ireland. She works closely with students to make their transition as smooth as possible, offering practical advice and friendly support whenever needed. In addition, Seona is a trusted point of contact, addressing enquiries and assisting with any concerns. Her warm personality and proactive approach make her someone students naturally turn to for advice.
She also maintains clear communication with partners to resolve issues quickly, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved. Seona is a fluent speaker of Korean, having been born and raised in South Korea. Her experience of living in multiple European countries has further enriched her cultural perspective, enabling her to connect with students from a wide range of backgrounds and provide valuable insights on adapting to new environments. Students are encouraged to approach Seona with any concerns or questions they may have about their stay in Ireland.
