Student welfare is a top priority for us. We are committed to ensuring that all students feel safe, supported and confident throughout their time in Ireland.
Meet William
Our dedicated Welfare Officer, William Hooper, is one of the first people students meet upon arrival. William has personal experience of living and working abroad in cultures different from his own, and he understands the questions and concerns students may have when settling into a new country, accommodation, and learning environment.
William works closely with our Accommodation Team, Academic Managers, Activity Leaders and wider support staff to ensure students receive the assistance they need.

If you ever have a question, a worry, or just need some advice, please speak to any member of our team. You don’t have to deal with things on your own – whether it’s about classes, accommodation, making friends, or settling into a new country, we are here to support you.
Our staff work closely together to make sure you always have someone to turn to.
