As part of Dublin City University, we are proud to share the same mission and values as one of Ireland's leading universities.
The DCU International Academy comprises an educational training centre for language and university pathway programmes, translation services, and an IELTS exam centre, and we take pride in offering a comprehensive range of solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students and partners worldwide.
What are our Accreditations?
Dublin City University was elevated to university status in 1989 by statute and is recognised as University under the Universities Act, 1997.
Additionally, DCUIA holds the following accreditations and memberships: ACELS, QQI and Marketing in Ireland.
How do I become a Partner Institution?
DCUIA collaborates with partners from around the world, and we are always interested in hearing from potential new partners. We play a key role in supporting DCU’s global relations and partnerships, working collaboratively to develop strategic international relationships.
Please email english.courses@dcu.ie if you are interested in becoming a member of our international partner group. Our team will advise and determine the correct agreement and can provide template drafts and guidance. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) may be signed by the authorised signatory.
Can I visit Dublin City University?
DCU has welcomed many international visitors, including representatives from existing partner institutions, potential new partners, Ambassadors and political figures. Our team also arranges virtual meetings and delegations to facilitate partnership development.
