The magnificent Walled Gardens contain a 12th Century Castle located along the beautiful north Dublin coast. You can walk around the majestic and beautiful Gardens and then afterwards, head to the village and grab some lunch, go shopping or take some pictures of the beautiful seaside!

Book NowWe will visit the wonderful Chester Beatty library located within the Dubhlinn Gardens on the grounds of Dublin Castle: once the private library of Sir Alfred Chester Beatty (1875 – 1968), a successful American mining engineer, collector, and philanthropist. Described by Lonely Planet as ‘not just the best museum in Ireland but one of the best in Europe’, the Chester Beatty is the pre-eminent Irish museum promoting the appreciation and understanding of world cultures with holdings of manuscripts, rare books, and other treasures from Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia. An engaging and welcoming space, visitors from Ireland and overseas will find permanent and temporary displays, an intercultural learning programme, and a broad variety of public activities for all ages and backgrounds.

Book NowToday we will visit Phoenix Park! It is one of the largest city parks in Europe. The Phoenix Park is Europe’s largest city park, comprising 1750 acres. It was first opened to the public in 1747 as a place of enjoyment for all the citizens of Dublin. Today, the Park is enjoyed by 10 million local, national and international visitors annually.
There are many interesting things to see here such as Dublin Zoo, the American Ambassador’s Residence and Áras an Uachtaráin (house of the President of Ireland). If you are lucky you might meet the deer that live in the park too!

National Gallery of Ireland

Book NowThe National Gallery of Ireland boasts some 2,500 paintings and approximately 10,000 other works in different media including watercolours, drawings, prints and sculptures. Every major European school of painting is extensively represented here and it also houses a renowned collection of Irish paintings.
It is located in the heart of Dublin, a short stroll from Trinity College and Merrion Square. After marvelling at the amazing works that the gallery has to offer, take a walk over to Merrion Square Park, one of the finest and most intact examples of Georgian urban design in Dublin city. This attractive central park features colourful flowers, statues and shrub beds and is the ideal place to rest and enjoy a bit of tranquillity after a long day of exploring Dublin. Make sure to look out for the statue of Oscar Wilde reclining on the rock while the festive Christmas lights shine down from above!
